After your dog's coat has been brushed, go through the coat with this undercoat rake to ensure all tangles have been removed. Part the coat in sections and comb in the direction of the hair growth. Pull the rake gently through the coat to remove loose undercoat. Apply minimal pressure. 

The undercoat rake won't damage or strip the fur as there are no blades leaving your dog's delicate coat structure as it would naturally be.
